How We Verify Every Code and Deal

Every promo code and deal on Promocodes.info goes through an automated verification process. We don't test codes by hand — instead, our system talks directly to the retailers' official discount feeds and keeps everything up to date around the clock. Here's exactly how it works.

1. Codes Come Straight from the Source

We receive codes and deals directly from retailers and the official discount programs they publish. Each item arrives with its own details — the code itself, what the discount is, when it expires, and which store it belongs to. Because the data comes from the source, there is no guesswork and no copying from other coupon sites.

2. Expired Codes Are Removed Automatically

Every code carries its own expiry date. When that date passes, the code is hidden from the site automatically — you'll never see an expired code listed as active. Stores are also tidied up automatically: if a store accumulates too many old offers, the system removes the oldest expired ones so listings stay fresh and easy to browse.

3. Everything Updates Every Day

Our system connects to the retailers' feeds on a daily schedule. On every pass it:

• Adds newly released codes and deals.
• Updates existing ones — new expiry dates, changed discount amounts, refreshed descriptions.
• Removes offers the retailer has ended or withdrawn.

This means the code you see today reflects what the retailer is currently offering — not a stale copy from weeks ago.

4. Community Feedback Keeps Us Honest

Shoppers can rate each code after using it — a thumbs up if it worked, a thumbs down if it didn't. Low-rated codes drop down the list, while well-rated ones rise to the top. Your feedback directly shapes which codes other shoppers see first.

5. A Human Safety Net

Automation does the heavy lifting, but a real person monitors the system: checking that imports run on schedule, spotting stores with unusual activity, and removing anything that looks wrong. If you ever find a code that doesn't work, tell us — we'll look into it.
